Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of auditlixa.com and its website audit tool, including our Free, Pro, and Agency plans (together, the “Service”), operated by AuditLixa (“we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using the Service

You may use AuditLixa’s audit tool to check websites, including your own, client websites you’re authorized to review, or publicly accessible sites. You agree not to use the Service to attack, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any website or system.

2. No warranty on audit results

AuditLixa’s reports are generated by automated checks against publicly available information and are provided for informational purposes only. Scores and findings are not a guarantee of search ranking, security, or performance outcomes, and should not be treated as professional legal, security, or SEO advice.

3. Accounts and plans

Running an audit requires a free AuditLixa account, and you must be logged in to use the audit tool. The Free plan includes up to two audits per day. An audit counts once it is accepted for checking, even if the website being audited cannot be reached. Our paid Pro ($19/month) and Agency ($49/month) plans are currently available and require an account, and are billed on a recurring monthly basis as described on our Pricing page and in Section 4 below. Features and pricing may change; we’ll make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes in advance.

4. Subscription billing terms

Pro and Agency subscriptions are recurring, auto-renewing monthly subscriptions. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your chosen payment method until you cancel.

• Payment processor. All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for these transactions. Your purchase is subject to Paddle’s own Buyer Terms in addition to these Terms, and Paddle handles invoicing, receipts, and applicable sales tax/VAT.
• Billing cycle. Subscriptions renew automatically each month on the same date you first subscribed, at the then-current price for your plan, until canceled.
• Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us through our Contact page. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period; you will retain access to your plan’s features until that date, and we do not charge further after cancellation is processed.
• Refunds. Charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us promptly through our Contact page.
• Failed or declined payments. If a renewal payment fails, Paddle may retry the charge; if payment cannot be collected, your subscription may be paused or downgraded to the Free plan until payment is resolved.
• Price changes. We may change subscription pricing from time to time. Any price change will apply prospectively and, where required, we will provide advance notice before it applies to your next renewal.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or use it to audit websites at a volume intended to cause harm to those websites or to our infrastructure.

6. Intellectual property

The Site, its design, and its underlying software are owned by AuditLixa. Reports generated for your own websites are yours to use as you see fit.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AuditLixa will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

9. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may modify or discontinue features of the Service, and may update these Terms from time to time, including to reflect changes to our subscription plans, pricing, or payment processor. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AuditLixa operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
